When is check in & check out?
Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 11am. Please contact us for additional check-in accommodations.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Receive a FULL refund if you cancel your booking 60 days before the start of your reservation start date.
Receive a 50% refund if you cancel your booking 30 days before your reservation start date.
No refunds are available for bookings cancelled within 30 days of your reservation start date.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
The remaining amount will be charged the day of your check-in.
A $300 damage deposit will be held on your card. However, this will NOT be charged if there is no damage to the room or property at the end of your stay.
Are your suites smoke-free?
All our rooms are smoke free.
Can I bring pets?
You can bring a maximum of 1 pet. Pet fee is $15 per trip. A minimum of $100 from your damage deposit will be charged should there be any damages caused by your pet during your stay.
